A Little Home Decor } Teresa Collins

Good morning everyone!  I love to create things with left over scraps from my projects.  Today I want to share my first project as a design team member of the Teresa Collins Design Team.  This project was created using scraps from a mini album that I created with the Vintage Finds line.  I have to tell you how much fun it was to create this project using my hot new pink mega runner from Xyron, along with my pink 150!  I'm thinking of blinging out my mega runner :) Here is my finished project.

I used some of all of the embellishments from this fabulous line, along with the 6x6 paper pad scraps.  The chipboard stickers, rhinestones, brads, layered stickers, borders....you name it it's on here!  Here are a couple of close up photos for you.

There are so many possiblities with this line to create simply stunning projects.  Thanks for stopping by today, next month I will share the mini album that I created with this line.

Have a fabulous day!

Xyron & Quick Quotes

Hey there everyone, today i'm sharing a fun little tag that I created using some fabulous Quick Quotes goodies along with my some of my Xyron stash.

I got to create with the Cherry Truffle paper pack.  It's simply perfect paper for fall and love the instant quote (HOL15 Autumn Leaves) that was also in the pack.

For my project I created this fall tag, the stitching design around the outside of the tag I did with my Xyron Design Runner and the Patternz disc.

I added a couple of buttons, some die cut leaves and some ribbon to finish the tag off.

Thanks so much to Quick Quotes for sharing your goodies with the Xyron DT and thanks to everyone for stopping by today.

School Is Cool } Nikki Sivils

Good morning everyone, today i'm saring some of my Nikki Sivils projects for this month.  Over on the Nikki Sivils blog we are using her School Is Cool line this month....fitting since school is back in session now :)

So up first I want to share the cover of a mini album i'm making for a friend. I took the photos of this before I placed the binder rings in it.  The rings are 1" down from the top and 1" up from the bottom and I tied lots of yummy ribbon on it.  Speaking of ribbon, I simply LOVE the alphabet ribbon on this from Ribbon Carousel.

Up next is a card that any child would love to get telling them congrats on a job well done.  The twine is also from Ribbon Carousel (they gave all of us lots of yummy ribbon to create with this week) :)

Last but not least is a fun way for your child to save their spot in any book.

Supplies used: Nikki Sivils - School Is Cool, Xyron adhesive, Ribbon Carousel ribbon/twine.

Thanks for stopping by today, make sure you hop over to Nikki's blog and check out what all the Diva's have created with the School Is Cool line.

Exciting News To Share } Teresa Collins

Hello everyone, I have some super exciting news to share today!!  I have been waiting to share for about a week now.  Last week was a tough one for me in the beginning of the week with my grandmother passing away and preparing myself to say goodbye.  On what had to be one of the toughest days of my life last week I got the most amazing phone call.  I think this was my way of grandma putting a smile back on my face.

I got a phone call from the fabulous Teresa Collins inviting me to join her design team. After a wonderful little chat, she told me to take my time and think about it with everything I had going on....come on now did I really need to think about this one?????????? NO...I told her ok i'll call you back in a couple of minutes and told her I did not need anytime to think this one over, of course I would love to :) I'm so excited to create with Teresa's new lines and get to know all the other fabulous girls on her team.  I would like to share a couple of projects that I created to share with you today.

I was shopping at the grocery store and found the M&M candy machine (i'm a salt girl not chocolate) but these M&M's totally matched the new line Tell Your Story so yes they went in the cart.  They were simply to perfect for my SRM tube.  Love how this tag turned out with a little added flair from Play Paper Studio which fit perfectly through my Xyron 150 to adhere it to the tag.

Next is one of my favorite photos of me and hubby.  I mixed the new lines Christmas Cottage & Vintage Finds for this one.  The Cherish title is cut out of grunge board and stained with peeled paint stain.  I added a little Maraschino twine from The Twinery and a little of Teresa's bling.

Here are a couple of close up photos for you.

Well thanks so much for stopping by today and sharing my news.  Hope you have a fabulous day!
