Feb 14, 09 Photogenic

Another fun weekend of dance. We were at dance until 11 pm friday..back at 8 am Saturday and just got home around 8 pm...and back Sun am at 7:45!!! We are so proud of Ariel. She has done so well this year. Today she won the Photogenic Award for the Teen/Senior division. (she is so happy) Her picture will be on the StarQuest dance website and entered to win for the National Title!!!! (not sure when that is...Sometime theis summer I think) I'll keep everyone posted.

Feb 12, 09 Ariel during Dance Down

At the last competition they had a dance down. It started with about 70 girls and the judges weeded them out. They learned a quick dance routine in about 15 minutes and had to perform it in front of the judges several times. Ariel made it until there were about 20 girls left.

Okay guys there will be something posted on tuesday for me. We had a crazy weekend. Just to prove it I couldn't even title my blog with a date cause I don't know it right now. Sat & Sun dance competition......20 hours of compeition, 8 costume changes, 4 different hair styles, 5 pairs of shoes, 3 pairs of tights, 5 award ceremonies, & 1 stressed out mom....ah to be home now priceless!!!!
