U of Iowa

Went to Iowa City today for my little sister's White Coat Ceremony. She was so excited and I was so happy for her. Monday she begins a long 4 years of Pharmacy School. I must say I am so proud of her and she looked fabulous in her Pharmacist coat!!! So when I got home I cleaned the house and went to the grocery store.....now as for tomorrow.....it's play time for me!!! PJ's and scrapbooking ALL DAY!!

Wed, 8/19/09

What am I doing right now??? I had a not so good day at work. When I got home my husband called me and said there was a message for me in my scrapbook room. So I went downstairs to find a new computer set up in my scrapbook room!!! Now I can get on and check something or blog and not have to worry about sharing the computer!!!! YEAH! The only bad thing is that I haven't scrapbooked at all tonight!!! But it's worth it. I'll make up time tomorrow night. Thanks hubby!!!

School Days

This is from Ariel's first day of Junior High. 7th grade......wow where did the time go. She had cheerleading tryouts last week, and well, she is now a football cheerleader for Edison. She was so excited. Ok now I need to find cheerleading paper!!!! Have the first layout in my mind as soon as she gets all her cheer stuff.

I made this for my neighbor who is working on organizing her recipes. I found this paper last week. The paper is by Moxxie, I also found the rub-ons that go with it. I just love the colors.

Weekend fun...

This am went to the local scrapbook store and grabbed a few things. Have played a little and will post some tomorrow. So it's 8:30 pm and I decided to go out to the garden..... Note to self, never do that again when it's getting dark by myself. I picked about 2 dozen cherry tomatoes, 4 HUGE cucumber ( about 1 1/2 foot long ), then I went to look at our cantalope and a critter took off one way and I took of the other!!! Don't know what kind of critter but I was not sticking around to find out! I think from now on I will leave the garden to Tim.

Ok here is what I picked out. There were like 12 papers, 6 12x12 sticker sheets, and I think 15 stickers sheets and 3-D pieces. It was so cool. Just uploaded pics from our trip today and maybe if I don't fall asleep soon i'll have a layout to post tonight or tomorrow!
