Magical Card

Hello everyone thanks for stopping by my blog today.  I'm going to share my first project  with you as part of the Die-namites design team.  I had so much fun with this card.  The card was inspired by the amazing sketch challenge up for this month.  You can find out more info HERE on how to enter.

Since Halloween and Fall are right around the corner this was the perfect challenge for my card. For this card I used the paper collection from Graphic 45 An Eerie Tale which has alot of orange in it (perfect for the challenge)!!!  I also loved the image with the sentiment on it for the center part of my card.

I used a dark green Bazzill cardstock to cut out the Grassy Cattails and placed those up in the left corner.  I layered  the Flowering Branch cut out using brown cardstock over the top, then simply added a Petaloo flower in each corner.

Here is a close up of the amazing detail of the two dies that I used.

Below you can see the dies that I used.....hop on over and grab these, they are AMAZING!!!

Supplies Used:
Xyron - Mega Runner & glue dots
Graphic 45 - An Eerie Tale
Bazzill - cardstock (black, green & brown)
Ranger - Distress Ink (walnut stain)

Baking Day Recipe Book

Hello everyone, Stacy here with you today to share another project from this months amazing kit from Clear Scraps!!  I love the paper line and the albums in this kit.....super cute!!
I created this fun little recipe book which would make a perfect gift for someone full of your favorite recipes.  I covered one of the albums that came in the kit with pattern paper for the cover.  The inside pages I covered with the recipe cards that I cut apart from the 12 x 12 sheet.  I placed little sayings inbetween each page that you could place a photo on the backside of them of the food or a photo taken while making the food.
I embellished that cover with the stickers from the sticker sheet.  The binding was done with stuff from my stash along with the ribbon on the binding, this came from my stash as well.

Graphic 45 & Petaloo } Eerie Home Decor

Hey there everyone, Thanks for stopping by today while I share my Petaloo & Graphic 45 project with you. I'm super excited for the blog hop this week.....I mean what's better then Petaloo teaming up with Graphic45!!!!  Thanks to Graphic 45 for sharing your amazing collection with us to create with.
For this project I created a little Halloween/Fall home decor piece.  I started with the Graphic 45 Kraftboard Altered Art Matchbook Box (the perfect place to stash my favorite candy in).  The new paper collection that I created with is An Eerie Tale.  I cut the pattern paper to fit around the box, inked the edges with Ranger Walnut Stain Distress Ink, then adhered them to the box using my Xyron Adhesive Runner.  I used a couple of images from the line and cut them out, also did a little fussy cutting and popped them up on the top of the box.  I tried not to place anything over the small sides of the box so that I could still slide it open to get to my candy inside!

Once I had the pattern paper on and the images where I wanted them it was time to add all of the Petaloo goodness!!  You can see how amazing adding the Petaloo Brulap Blossoms and Spring Berrys make this box look.

Senior Divider } Petaloo

Hey there everyone today i'm sharing a project that I created for the Petaloo blog.  Yes it's crunch time for me as this is my daughters Senior year so I must get her album completed before graduation.  Today i'm sharing a divider that I created for in her scrapbook.  This divider is for her Senior year.  I'm going to punch the holes on the left side in order to place it in my We R Memory Keepers 3 ring album.
I took a Ranger size #10 tag and used that as the base, then simply layered the pattern paper and flowers from there.  Here is the finished tag.

I used the super cute line from October Afternoon Public Library for the pattern paper and stickers.  Some of the papers in this collection have so many fun things to cut out and use as embellishments....it's awesome!!!  In the close up below you will see my Petaloo goodies that I picked for this one.  I love the burlap flowers and they come in so many different colors and the little mixed textured layers are super cute as well!!
