A Little Tri-fold Photo Holder & Tutorial

Hey there everyone, just wanted to share a project I created this month for Teresa Collins Designs.  Our challenge was to create a project using a 6x6 paper pad.  I must say I changed my mind a few times (3 times really).  Even after I started to create this project it ended up different than when I started out.  I was going to create a tri fold photo holder to put into a pocket in my mini album, but when I was done it was a little to bulky!  Creating this was super easy with the help of my Xyron Creatopia.  Once I had the papers picked out & inked I simply ran them through my Creatopia and it was smooth sailing from there.

Here is the finished project.

I have four tags that I created to insert into the pockets that I made on the inside.

The Twinery } Polka Dot Challenge

Happy Friday everyone....today there is a super fun challenge up over on The Twinery blog.....it's all about Polka Dots.  Create something with some sort of polka dots!!

So you know since it's a challenge you can enter to win a prize.....what a great way to start off the weekend!

For my take I just got this super cute camera paper from Echo Park and thought i'm going to tie my twine in knots on the camera lens to give it a polka dot effect.

Here is a little close up....they are not smooth polka dots but they are dots :)

All About A Boy Envelope Mini

Hey there everyone, just wanted to share a fun little envelope mini album that I created using Echo Park's All About A Boy line.

This line is super fun, I love the way the belt and denim add that little extra to the album.

Here is a little side view for you.  The denim is wrapped on the spine that is re-enforced with tyvek.  There is a belt on the front cover and the back cover.

A couple of the inside pages for you, TONS of pockets for photos and journaling and fun pull outs!

Upcoming Mini Album Classes

Hey there everyone, just taking a minute to share a couple of my mini album classes coming up at The Scrapbooking Studio in March.

Teresa Collins Stationery Noted } Layout & Desktop Calendar

Good morning everyone, today i'm up on the Teresa Collins Design Team blog.  I created a layout using the wonderful new line Stationery Noted.

Here is a peak for you!  How fun is this flower?????  All of Teresa's new lines have these fun and funky flowers!  LOVE this line....the embellies , the washi tape, the paper.....oh I could just sit and look and touch it all day!! :)

This is the layout I created for the post this week.  It's a layout of my little pumpkin at Homecoming this past October.

This next project was something that I started working on, which was going to go in a different direction but wasn't working for what I needed. 

So I changed and created this one for fun :)  Won't this look simply fabulous on my scrap counter!  All of the Teresa Collins new lines you can find at The Scrapbooking Studio along with the SRM Stickers and Tim Holtz memo pin used on the frame below.

Xyron & Kaisercraft Team Up

Loving the Xyron and Kaisercraft combo!!!  This week the Xyron team got to create with some fun things from Kaisercraft.  Be sure to check out what the team has come up with HERE on the blog.

Up first for me is a fun little tag.  It's perfect to add to any card, album, or tie it on a gift bag. Loving all of the die cuts from this line, and those yummy flowers! A tag is the perfect size to use with you Xyron 510....makes it super easy to adhere the paper and embellies with ease!

Need a simple card to send a greeting to someone?  Here is an idea for you.

Last but not least is a mini album.  I used my Xyron Creatopia and ran the papers through it to adhere to the cover and the inside pages.
