Secret Garden Mini Album Class

Hello everyone, just wanted to share one of my upcoming mini album classes at The Scrapbooking Studio on May 11th @ 1 PM.

This mini album was created using the new Graphic 45 Secret Garden collection and embellished with some Prima flowers.

In this class you will learn how to create fold out photo mats, create the stunning roses on the front cover using a punch, and how to add corrugated board as embellishements.  This album binding is done with the cinch machine from We R Memory Keepers.

Inside of this beautiful mini there are several pockets with photo mats, and lots of sweet spots for journaling.  Again this class is being held at The Scrapbooking Studio in Moline Illinois on May 11th @ 1 PM.  If you can't make the class but would like a kit with photos and instructions call the store at (309)736-7242. Just a note the store will be closed for inventory March 31- April 2

Thanks for stopping by, have a wonderful weekend.

Xyron & Imaginisce Team Up

Hey there everyone!  This week the design team for Xyron has been sharing some cute projects created with some goodies that Imaginisce sent us.

I created a few things using the Good Dog Collection.  Up first is a little gift for our neighbor.  We dog sat for them one weekend...isn't Roxie simply to cute!  I thought they would like to have this photo of her that we took so I altered a little photo frame. Running my pattern paper through the Creatopia made this project super quick and easy!

I also created this tag with my Mega Runner.  Won't this be so cute tied onto a bag of treats.

Thanks to Imaginisce for sharing some of your goodies with us.  Hope on over and check out what the Xyron DT has created all week if you have not stopped by already!

It's Banner Week At The Twinery

Good morning everyone.  It's a fun week over at The Twinery blog, yes it's banner challenge week!

For my project today I created a card with banners on it.  I love the soft new line She Said from Teresa Collins and simply knew that the new Neutral Twinery Twine would be a 100% perfect match!  The banners at the top of the card came from the brad set with this paper line.  I added a couple of the die cuts toward the bottom of the card.  I wanted to add a little button at the bottom, but it needed something.....a bow with the new twine is just what it needed!

Supplies Used:
Bazzill Cardstock
Teresa Collins - She Said
Xyron Adhesive

Want a chance to win some cool twine???  Link your banner project that you created with The Twinery Twine HERE!

Thanks so much for stopping by, have a wonderful day!

The Twinery Challenge } Chevron & Green

Good morning everyone, today is my day over on The Twinery blog for the chevron & green challenge.  You can read more about the challenge and how to enter HERE on The Twinery blog.  I created a fun little tag for this one and love the way it turned out.  Here is the finished tag.

I did a little mixing and matching of paper lines from Graphic45.  You will see some French Country, Place In Time & Secret Garden on this one.

For my chevron piece on this tag I created my own chevron from pattern paper.  I know it's not your "typical" chevron, but I love the way it looks at the top of the tag.

I used the Honeydew Twinery twine and tied it through a chipboard button in the lower right of the tag.

Supplies Used:
Adihesive - Xyron Mega Runner
Embellishments - Graphic 45 Staples (metal hinge, metal clothespin, chipboard button)
Ink - Ranger Distress Ink (Vintage Photo & Walnut Stain)
Pattern Paper - Graphic 45 (Place In Time, French Country, Secret Garden)
Ribbon - Graphic 45 trims
Tag - Graphic 45 (small tag)
Twine - The Twinery Twine (Honeydew)

Thanks so much for stopping by today, don't forget to hop on over to The Twinery Blog and share your take on this challenge with us.....you could win some yummy twine!!!
