For my project I created a fun little doggy treat bag with my Twinery Twine and Imaginisce paper along with a SRM bag. (I guess I should have put the treats in there for the dog next door before I tied it though)!!

Something Old - Something New Gift Bag & Card Set } Xyron Makes It Easy

Good morning everyone, glad you stopped by today.  This week we are looking at older Xyron projects and creating new ones.  For my project this week I picked the gift bag set combo originally designed by Leah Williams.

Below is my "new" take on the project.  With the help of my Xyron adhesive machines it is super easy.

First you want to grab a gift bag and pattern paper to decorate it with.  Cut your pattern paper about 1/4" smaller then the front of the gift bag all the way around.

You can ink the edges of your pattern paper and then run it through the Creatopia.

Cut out any shapes that you want to add to the front of the bag and also run them through your Xyron machines.  You can use any of them for this depending on the size of your image.

Once you have this done it is so easy to simply peal them off and stick them down.

Here is what my finished birthday gift bag looks like.

Of course you need a birthday card to go with your stunning bag....so I created this one with my Xyron Mega Runner.

 Supplies Used-
Echo Park - Pattern Paper
Bazzill - Cardstock
Ink - Ranger Distress Ink - Vintage Photo

Thanks for stopping by today!!  Next time you want to give a gift....create your own bag and card!

Don't you just LOVE the colors...and how about the washi tape at the bottom of the top photo...YUMMY! I'm so lucky that I was able to grab all the blingage from our LSS The Scrapbooking Studio months ago before they were all gone :)

Dyan(lusional) Weekend } The Scrapbooking Studio

Hello everyone....I have a quick minute to blog about the amazingly uber fun weekend!  Dyan Reaveley is at The Scrapbooking Studio this weekend where I work and teach teaching her fabulous journal classes.

The madness started on Friday when UPS brought all of this......Holly and I were busy all day getting ready and helping Dyan sort and set up for her weekend.

Here is Dyan telling us just how she feels....lol

Friday night at the store Dyan was chatting it up with everyone.  I brought my daughter back to meet her.

Ariel showed off her book that she made for a school project (with no help from me) using Dyan's sprays & stamps, Tim's stains & stamps along with some Wendy Vecchi Art Parts and stamps.

Ariel was going to help out at the store all weekend....Saturday morning before class started Dyan told Ariel that she wanted her to take one of her classes and she could pick which one!!  Smiling from ear to ear she got to pick one of the 4 classes....she picked doodling in your journal.  Can I just say my daughter is totally hooked.

This is one of her pages she created.

She didn't even mind the inky hands :)

Here is a pick of both of us playing....I mean working :)

I must say my daughter said it better then I could even imagine......

He Said She Said } Teresa Collins

This week over on the Teresa Collins Designs blog it's mini album week.  There have been some totally fabulous creations shared.

I created a fun little mini album using the He Said She Said line. Of course i'm totally digging the die cut sheet with this line along with the fun decorative tape and enamel dots!  Here is a peak for you.

The outside cover I wanted to do a little something different and wrapped it in burlap.  The inside of the album is filled of course with lots of pockets, photo mats & journaling spots.

Hope on over to the Teresa Collins Design Team Blog and check out all of the yummy creations going on there this week!

Graphic 45 - 2013 Final Round Submission

Hello everyone, just wanted to share with you my finished project that i'm submitting for the final round of the DT call.  I simply love the new tag albums that Graphic 45 has come out with.  You all know I LOVE a good mini album as well so I thought why not combine the two together.

Here are a couple of pics of what I came up with.  For this album I used an older line Hallowe'en In Wonderland!

The spine of the album is covered in black lace ribbon and some Maya Road ribbon.

Tons of fun stuff on the cover!!

Love how perfectly that die cut fit right into the pocket watch!

And of course the inside in super bulky :)

As many of you know this last round you must submit a video....so here is the link for you to check out!

Thanks so much for stopping by, have a wonderful day!
